Recently I had a request? ...challenge? Well, whatever it was, the goal was to try drawing the TMNT in a Disneyesque style. It's mostly the eyes that do it... the rest is kind of a mishmash of my style and the '80s TMNT style. And I had to do the kid TMNT. I'll try and make the style work for older TMNT eventually...
Raph had been holed up in his room all evening, and had been quiet at that. Leo sensed that maybe something wasn't quite right, so he left off watching Don and Mikey playing video games and headed to his brother's room. He opened the door to see the red-masked turtle sitting hunched over on his bed in the dark. Leo pushed the door almost shut and climbed over the bed; as he did so he noticed something wet on his brother's face catching the scant light from the hallway. The blue-masked turtle put a hand on Raphael's shoulder. "Raph... you okay, bro?" Oh, and this looks best full-size. EDITED: I got comments elsewhere that Leo's bandanna was leaning toward purple. I have an LCD screen and it's hard to tell sometimes, so I took the saturation on the blue up a bit. Hope that helps. |
