100 No roughing penalties. No personal fouls - except for crest-grabbing.* You are allowed to throw one punch per play. No holding penalties. Encroachment/false start penalties remain. No restrictions on who can receive. No late hits, but the punch limit stands. (that is, a late hit would count as a punch) Uniforms are not padded. Krogan are born with armor. No helmets. No celebration or taunting penalties. Starting a fight on the sidelines gets you thrown out - a full team-on-team fracas results in a loss for both. Killing an opponent intentionally gets you banned from the sport. There is a review committee especially for this, and they average five cases per year. Most are ruled unintentional. No use of biotics. No holding penalties. This is where the one-punch rule comes in the most useful, to get the defender off you!
