Island Waterbendingby ~Kobb

Backstory: So this week a small group of students and a professor screened the short animated film they had made of the Samoan legend "The Turtle and the Shark." It was done in a cool tapa-cloth kind of style and even has a version with a Samoan language track. For the screening they managed to get music, dancing, and even food. It was awesome and made me regret that I'm just a European mutt - Polynesians are awesome!

And since I'm being so Avatarded lately, I thought:
Well surely there are some waterbenders living on small islands somewhere in the equatorial oceans. And surely they are just as awesome.

Brought to you by exam procrastination, ADD, and the fact that I'm blocked from Youtube and therefore cannot (yet) access all the Avatar awesome from NYCC. Still pictures would be vastly inferior and simply reading spoilers would just suck. Just biding my time...

I'd really prefer if you drew your own, but so long as you credit me for the actual drawing I wouldn't go crazy on you if you did... don't own the concept, after all
